At the dawn of the 21st century, the proliferation of Lesbian, Gay and Transgender communities question the foundation of propogation of species solely by reproduction. This was at the backdrop of mass-media archiving daily activities of humankind and conscious existence. Dr. Jason Rodman the DRC Researcher At Large reviewed the past centuries of explosive growth in life records: the phonomenon started with the development of the Internet. This was unsustainable: Continued population explosions fed the appetite for continued archival data and there were finite bounds in reality for coexistence of the “flame” of population growth and the limits of “combustible” storage media. A feedback conrol mechanism was needed to directly constrain the two sympathetic variables.

Jason pondered. “Was there some way to restrain population growth through an incentive that at the same time answered the quest for propogation of the one's genes?”
